Version 0.8b3 already includes the language pack and the handcoder.
If you use Firefox, you can't download the extensions normally, because Firefox considers the .xpi file as an extension for Firefox and wants to install it. To save the extension, right-click on the link and choose Save Target As.
All extensions can be installed via menu Tools - Add-ons.
Download language pack.
If you use Firefox as your webbrowser, right click on the link to the language pack select --> Save target as. To install the language pack, open KompoZer (which still speaks English) and select Tools - Extentions from the menu. Then select the preferred language pack via the file browser. Wait 3 seconds and then click on "install". Restart KompoZer.
The Handcoder integrates a freely selectable text editor into KompoZer. So you can edit your current page opened with KompoZer with your usual text editor. The Handcoder passes the changed code to KompoZer, so that the change is immediately visible.
The Handcoder extension requires the Tidy program. Tidy cleans up the source code and displays it in a structured way in the text editor. Tidy cleans up the source code before it is passed to the external editor.
The program Tidy is simply unpacked on the computer and linked in the handcoder settings.
Attention! Under Windows Vista it can happen that XPI files are not recognized and are stored as ZIP archives. If this happens, you just have to rewrite the format extension before you can install the extension.
